Returns

You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.
• Have all original tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Items damaged through misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If you receive:

• A defective item
• The wrong item

Exchanges

If you would like a different size or color, please contact us. The fastest way to receive your desired item is to return the original item and place a new order.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason, provided the item is unused and in its original condition.
